TSR Legal are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well established firm with offices in Bristol and across the South West. Hybrid working is in place at this Legal 100 firm with a number of Solicitors being highly recommended in the Legal 500.

 The aim is for the successful applicant to join the firm as soon as possible.

The caseload is likely to include:

You will be involved in all aspects of property litigation, working corporate clients, landowner developers, property developers, private clients, and landed estates. They are proud of their highly collaborative culture, and you'll experience this first-hand by working closely with their planning, construction, asset management and private client teams when the opportunities arise

This role comes with excellent opportunities for progression and offers the opportunity of specialisation within the field of Property Litigation.

Requirements:

You'll have a genuine interest in property disputes and be enthusiastic to learn more by initially working on a small number of files with high quality supervision. You may have had the opportunity to work on matters such as dilapidation claims, disputes relating to break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants but what you haven’t experienced they will provide full training on.
