Job Details
CRA consulting are looking to recruit for a well known law firm based in heart of Sheffield city. The firm are on the lookout for an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor with upwards of 3 years PQE to join their offices based in the Sheffield offie. This is a traditional firm that really reward and value their employees.
The Role
* This is an opportunity for a property solicitor that would like to manage a mixed caseload of commercial property and residential conveyancing matters.
* Reporting to and working directly with the Head of Department, who is super friendly, outgoing, and driven to further develop the property department.
* For more context you will seamlessly draft and negotiate the terms of commercial leases, act for banks and lenders whilst also acting for individuals on the residential side often some of whom are clients of the firm.
The Ideal Candidate
* In order to be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Solicitor with upwards of 3 years PQE dealing with Commercial Property matters with a background in CQS residential conveyancing
* This opportunity would suit a residential conveyancing solicitor who is looking to be exposed to commercial matters as well as continuing to act on residential transactions.
