An opportunity has arisen within a national law firm for an experienced Landlord & Tenant Lawyer to work as part of a wider Dispute Resolution department. The role offers hybrid working and therefore a need to attend meetings in Bristol will be required at times.
 
The Role
The Landlord & Tenant Lawyer will work on behalf of commercial clients such as financial institutions dealing with commercial banking recoveries claims for a major banking client (including money judgement and possession claims) and a wide range of commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes.The role includes assisting the team leader of the Landlord and Tenant team and may involve supervisory responsibilities. The work is challenging but rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation.
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
 
Running a caseload of landlord & tenant and banking recovery cases. You will also assist the Partner of the Landlord and Tenant team with managerial and supervisory duties.
 
The ability to meet strict deadlines and to comply with service standards will be essential.
 
The Candidate
The Landlord & Tenant Lawyer will be  a qualified solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx or Paralegal with equivalent experience. The successful candidate will be technically able and commercially aware .
