TRS Legal are currently looking for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to appoint as Head of Conveyancing who is able to manage a caseload and oversee the overall conveyancing function within a growing legal practice with an excellent reputation based in Carmarthen.

This opportunity would suit a self-motivated person with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, who have proven technical expertise, staff management experience and can develop good relationships with new and existing customers and estate agents.

The position will deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters, resolving client queries as and when they arise, commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and prioritising your own caseload.

We are keen to hear from individuals who have proven technical expertise, staff management experience and can develop good relationships with new and existing customers and estate agents.

The successful candidate will be experienced in handling a residential conveyancing caseload, an excellent communicator understanding and empathising with the clients' requirements, contribute towards the company's delivery of customer service and value, qualified as either a Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and ability to maintain strong relationships.
