This opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor to join the Corporate/ Commercial team which is led by two well established partners, a consultant, a solicitor, and support staff.

The team deals with a wide range of Company and Commercial matters including Joint ventures, corporate restructurings and demergers, fundraisings, private equity and venture capital transactions, company law and constitutional advice, mergers, and acquisitions and more. Your client base would be large organisations as well as SME.

The ideal candidate for this position will have sound technical legal knowledge within Corporate/ Commercial matters with a wide range of experience, the ability to work as a team and experience of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
