NQ+ Corporate Solicitor - Taunton 
 
This reputed and growing corporate team are searching for an additional solicitor to join the team in Taunton. 
 
This is a wide ranging position and you will advise on: Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, equity and debt funding and general corporate structuring work.  
 
You will work with a wide range of clients including public and private UK and international companies and their owners. Even at newly qualified level you will have much direct client contact from day one. This is a regional UK law firm with a national presence and you'll work with colleagues and teams from across the country. 
 
This corporate solicitor vacancy will suit a trainee or recently qualified solicitor with ambition and drive to succeed. 
 
You will ideally have trained at another reputed regional firm, but candidates from smaller law firms are encouraged to apply. 
 
In this role you will work flexibly to include both office and working from home.
