NQ Real Estate Disputes Solicitor, Central London

This extremely prestigious, top 100 firm based in Central London is looking to hire a newly qualified real estate disputes solicitor to join their Legal 500 recommended Property Litigation Team. 
 
You will be joining a team of real estate disputes solicitors working for a range of high profile clients including businesses, wealthy families & individuals, leading educational establishments and not-for-profit organisations. You will be responsible for handling complex, valuable and high-profile disputes including:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Rights of way, boundary disputes, rights to light and party walls
• Adverse possession and trespass
• Planning, construction and agricultural disputes
• Enforcement, removal or modification of restrictive covenants

Alongside managing your own caseload, you will also be required to contribute to the business development activities within the team, this will include writing articles, giving talks and building a network in the property litigation space.

On offer is a salary between £70,000 - £75,000 and a great benefits package.
 
In order to be considered for this role, you will have had exposure to property litigation matters during your training contract, ideally from a mid-sized City firm or large regional practice.
