Commercial Property Solicitor

This exciting law firm are looking for a further lawyer to join their Commercial Property team. As a relatively new entrant to the market they have set their stall out at a high level. They offer clients the highest level of service and have from the start looked to deliver a really inclusive and supportive working environment, they firmly believe that all everyone's ideas matter. They have put a lot of thought into how and what they want to be and it is clearly working well, both for those who are there and those who use them as advisors.

They have thrived throughout the pandemic and continued to invest and are keen to recruit an further lawyer within Commercial Property to continue the departments development. They can be flexible as to exact level of PQE, what's more important is that the person they recruit mirrors their approach to quality and client care and is simply a decent person. They will look from NQ right up to c 10 years PQE, understandably at the more junior level they are open to offering more training and support and they have a strong support network in place to help with this. If you are more senior they will be looking for strong commercial property experience. You won't be expected to bring work or clients with you, they have plenty for you to do, but if you are more senior and want a platform where clients are well looked after and their needs are the primary consideration not he firms then that could also work.

They handle a really broad range of work including development (residential and commercial) , property management, acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance, corporate support etc. Whilst most of their clients are private sector and range from PLC's to OMB's they do also have some public sector clients.

The lawyers that you would work with are not only friendly and approachable but also very much at the top end of their game which would give you every opportunity to enjoy your role on a day to day basis whilst also becoming the best lawyer that you can. If you enjoy client contact they will give you as much of this as you want, however if you see yourself as a more technical lawyer who wants to focus on delivery they can also accommodate that.
