Job Details
This legal 100 firm, an award-winning employer and a leader in the insurance sector is looking for a Professional Indemnity Associate to join their team in London.
You will be acting on behalf of major insurers, reinsurers and their clients defending a range of professional indemnity claims against people such as architects, engineers, surveyors, and financial advisors. The work will include issues such as coverage, and frequently involves, large complex claims. The team are involved in sectors such as construction, property damage, cyber and aviation.
Your experience should include:
- 3+ years PQE
- Professional Indemnity
- Coverage issues
- Acting for insurers and/or reinsurers
- Liaising with counsel and expert witnesses
