Commercial Litigation Solicitor

My client is a legal 500 firm giving legal advice across Devon, the South West, and further afield. They are very busy in their commercial litigation department and are seeking an additional solicitor to join their team in Exeter.

The commercial litigation team has continued to grow organically across its offices, building talent from within its ranks. They act for a wide range of clients from individuals, small businesses, charities, hotel chains, and national housing associations – You’ll be hard-pressed to find a more impressive client list.

You may be a newly qualified solicitor coming from an existing commercial litigation team, looking to take a step up in your career, or have up to around 5 years PQE searching for a more personalised environment. Either way, this could be the role for you!

The focus of the role will be acting for clients in a range of commercial and land-related manners, so ideally you will have experience in property litigation, including residential tenancy and commercial leases, but this is not an absolute. In addition to relevant experience, you should have excellent client care skills, with a clear strategy for your career, and be willing to assist with business development within the firm.
