Private Client Solicitor 1 year + PQE  

Gloucester/Cirencester/Stroud

Working in a friendly & professional team, my client provides a focused, efficient private client service, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate and trust administration and court of protection work. The team works with medium and high net worth individuals across the Cotswolds, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, as well as in London and throughout the UK

Key responsibilities:

• be at least a minimum of 1 year post qualified, with good levels of experience
• have a basic knowledge of all aspects of private client work, with a particular emphasis on deputyship and court of protection work
• be able to work accurately in maintaining and reconciling financial accounts and spreadsheets (familiarity with Excel is desirable but other specialist software and forms training and ongoing support will be provided)
• be able to manage a caseload efficiently and cost effectively under supervision
• be able to assist and offer support to partners and senior lawyers
• be ambitious and willing to learn new skills
• be a strong team player
• have excellent written communication and attention to detail
• enjoy a friendly working environment
