Job Details
If you have experience in a nice mix of corporate and/or commercial work of a high and complex nature you could be the Head of a busy and successful Corporate and Commercial team based in a Top Tier, Cardiff based office.
This Legal 500 firm is offering a package competitive with market rate, starting from £45,000 with the potential to earn over £100,000 with the right experience and connections in the field.
This role is open to someone from either a mixed Commercial and Corporate background or alternatively someone from a Commercial, Real Estate or Corporate background who is happy to take a junior – senior position within the team.
In return you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Real Estate Finance; dealing with all aspects of development, senior debt lending, mezzanine and bridging finance.
- Corporate mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, restructuring, joint ventures.
- Shareholders Agreement and Partnerships Agreements.
- Business Transfers as Asset Sales and Purchases
- Commercial Contracts, Agency Agreements, drafting terms and conditions of business, distribution agreements, franchise agreements.
- Guarantees, loan agreements and private mortgages.
