The Role:
Due to recent growth and expansion our well established and busy Private Client team are looking for a motivated additional team member in our Newton Abbot Team. There maybe opportunities to work from our Bovey Tracey office if there is a connection.
- To provide a high quality, effective, legal service for WBW Solicitors as a member of the Private Client Department. To promote and develop the department internally and externally. To promote and develop the firm. Maintain the high reputation of the firm.
The Candidate
The successful applicant should be able to produce a high quality service, maintain excellent file administration and work successfully with other Lawyers and support staff. Experience of working independently in the area of private client including all aspects of Probate and Power of Attorney matters will be essential, however, the successful candidate will have access to mentors and colleagues to offer support.
They should be PQE 2 years or to have carried a full private client based caseload for a minimum of 3 years. ACTAPS and/or STEP membership welcomed but not essential.
The firm will require the applicant to have access to own transport for work use for the purposes of home visits and inter office travel on occasion.
