My client is a prestigious Legal 100 law firm which is looking to hire a Plot Sales Team Leader for its flourishing Social Housing department.
You will have a wealth of experience in handling your own plot sales caseload, dealing with site set-up, plot sales of new builds on open market and shared ownership leases, as well as disposals and acquisitions of street properties.
This particular position is for someone who either has team leader experience, or someone who is looking to take that next step up in their career.
