COMMERCIAL PROPERTY – US FIRM – CENTRAL LONDON 3-5 PQE
Our Client, a US firm with significant presence in Central London, is looking to add to its ranks with the appointment of a junior to mid-level real estate solicitor.
THE FIRM
With several offices spread throughout the US, UK and Europe, our client has experienced significant growth over the past few years, continuing throughout 2020 and 2021. They offer a full legal service, including, commercial real estate; large corporate transactions; intellectual property; commercial disputes; and insolvency & restructuring.
THE TEAM
The Real Estate Team provides comprehensive representation in all areas of commercial property law, with an emphasis on investors and corporate clients. The practice areas include investment sales and purchases, general asset management, property finance, advising on landlord and tenant matters, and the property aspects of corporate disposals, including environmental and planning issues.
Clients are wide ranging and include ultra-high net worth individuals, public and privately held companies, and overseas investors.
THE INDIVIDUAL
We are now looking for a real estate lawyer to join the London Team. Commercial property experience as outlined above is a prerequisite and you should also be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team or autonomously.
This is a fantastic opportunity to hold a pivotal position in a leading US practice and would be suitable for candidates currently working for a similar team, or those looking to make a step up from a smaller or regional firm.
