Job Details
In order to be considered for this position you will have experience in commercial, property and housing disputes as their clients range from registered social landlords and local authority clients. The cases you will manage will cover such matters as tenancy enforcement arising out of nuisance behaviour, criminal activity or anti-social behaviour and other issues to include succession, possession, defending disrepair claims, homelessness, and allocations.
