This well-known regional firm has ambitious plans for growth and a reputation for doing things differently are looking to develop their Family team by recruiting an experienced Solicitor. You will have a minimum of four years' PQE, are used to dealing with mid to high net worth clients and are adept at solving difficult issues faced by clients with more limited funds. Ideally you will be familiar with the Surrey market and be prepared to live within a commutable distance. The firm are able to provide an excellent platform of work and the opportunity to get involved in business development, attracting new clients by virtue of reputation and through networking and professional activities.

You will be capable of quickly developing your caseload and advising on a wide range of matters including divorce, cohabitees, prenuptial agreements, private law children matters, civil partnerships, finances and upon cases with an international element.

You may already have developed a specialist niche or be used to a more general family workload. You will have the confidence, professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong drive to succeed to help us build a strong presence for the Family team in this office to complement our existing team in our head office.
