Corporate /Commercial Lawyer, Taunton 5+

An interesting opportunity has arisen with this expanding South West firm.

Our client has offices throughout the South West. They are now seeking an experienced corporate / co/co solicitor to join the team. You will be dealing with a wide range of corporate / co/co work but the role is also likely to involve some commercial and, in particular, data protection work. You clients are likely to be mainly OMBs and SMEs who are based locally.

You will need to be able to work unassisted and so the firm are ideally looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience of this type of work.

This is an expansion role and so you should enjoy marketing and business development as this will be an important part of your role. You should also have management and supervisory experience.

Dealing with a wide range of work for a firm that is really going places, this could be a great career move.
