Residential Conveyancer

A highly respected and successful firm in Greater Manchester, are looking to take on a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing residential team.  

In this role you will be handling your own caseload of conveyancing work, whilst helping to grow the residential team’s reputation within the local area.  

This is an exciting opportunity for a residential conveyancer who is looking to join a friendly and supportive team and take on an interesting caseload of property work.  


Residential Conveyancer – Bolton/Bury 
The company & role   

• The firm are a very well-established firm with over 120 years' experience 
  
  
• You will join a CQS accredited residential team and service a regional residential client base.   
  
  
• You will be responsible for your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, re-mortgages, new builds and shared ownership 
  
  
• You will support the growth of the firm’s residential property reputation within the local area 
  
  
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a friendly and supportive team with excellent billings and an incredibly low staff turnover 
  
  
• Commutable from Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Manchester, Blackburn and Wigan

The ideal candidate  

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer with 2+ years of experience  
  
  
• You will enjoy working collaboratively  
  
  
• You will have excellent communication skills
