Private Client Solicitor

A top 150 award-winning national law firm with a fantastic reputation are looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join them in their Wigan office.
You will manage a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters including preparation of Wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts including personal injury trusts, Court of Protection matters and estate planning. 
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor who would like to do away with the daily commute into the city centre and be part of a close-knit team doing good-quality work. The firm can also offer largely remote working due to their commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance

The ideal candidate 

• A Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE 
• Will have experience of running a caseload  
• Will have knowledge of the type of work including lasting powers of attorney, trusts including personal injury trusts, Court of Protection matters and estate planning  
• Ideally STEP qualified and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly
