Job Details
The Real Estate Department of a Top 100 firm in the heart of Bristol is looking to grow their Real Estate team with fresh new talent.
With this nationally renowned firm you will be responsible for:
- Your own caseload
- Advising public sector clients on property matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings and ongoing management of property portfolios
- Landlord and tenant work so experience in this area is essential
- Freehold conveyancing experience is desired but not required
