The Role

This leading International Firm are seeking an experienced Funds, Senior/ Managing Associate to join their L500 Ranked Team, in London.

Making an impact in their Global FS Group, you will be joining some of the best Lawyers in the industry; meanwhile working collaboratively with your International counterparts.

The team profile is nothing short of incredible! They have established themselves as a reliable and innovative alternative to many of the more stoic practices. They are identified by some of the most prestigious clients in these markets as the “go-to” advisor across Banking & Finance.

Highly regarded for their Private Funds & Investment offering; you will be responsible for advising Asset Managers & wider Financial Institutions in the formation of funds; meanwhile guiding those looking to participate in these funds, including Institutional Investors.

Due to the planned growth for this Group, excellent further progression prospects on offer; with all the resources, investment and mentor guaranteed, for you to reach Partner.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior/ Managing Associate 6PQE +
• Proven experience and interest working in Fund Formation & Investment
• Open to those from Top 200 UK, City, Global & US Firms
