A leading regional law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer with 8+years’ PQE to join their team at Senior Associate level.
In this role, you’ll handle your own caseload of conveyancing work whilst also taking on a managerial role within the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who would like to handle top-quality and interesting work whilst in a much more relaxed setting than its city centre competitors.
Residential Conveyancing Senior Associate- South Manchester

- The firm has one of the largest real estate departments in the North West
- In this role, you will handle a range of residential conveyancing work including the sales and purchases of the full range of residential property, including houses and flats, with a particular focus on high value properties
- You will also have the opportunity to develop managerial skills, and assist the Head of Department in the strategy of the residential department going forward
- The firm are well known for providing their lawyers with top-quality work, a fantastic corporate culture and a healthy work-life balance
- Commutable from Manchester, Warrington, Wilmslow, Altrincham, Stockport, Macclesfield, Tameside, High Peak
- Laid back vibrant culture
