Commercial Property Solicitor Role - Fully Remote

A law firm who operate online are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join to take ad hoc work as and when it comes up. The hourly rate is £85 per hour and the work is usually via SME companies and individual business people.

You would be dealing with clients for the duration of the matter, right from the outset.

We have been working with the firm for over 4 years and have a number of consultants working via the company in different areas of law. The firm are very busy on the commercial property side hence the need for an additional person to come on board.

Hours: flexible, but you do need some availability during the standard working day, at some point during the week. Minimum of 7-10 hours if possible maximum hours are up to you - depends what you have to offer.

Location: fully remote.

Experience: you need a minimum of 5 years PQE for this role and the ability to handle commercial property transactions from start to finish.

Very friendly firm, easy to work with. This is not a fee share arrangement - work is paid hourly on a monthly basis.
