The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with 1+ years PQE to join a Top 50 firm in their Tier 2 Contentious Construction team in Birmingham.

Advising on some of the UK's most significant projects, the practice deals with everything from town centre developments to large-scale national infrastructure projects.

The transactional and contentious teams work closely together. You will be advising on claims relating to time, money and defective work through adjudication, mediation and arbitration. Acting for a prestigious client base of developers, occupiers and more, the firm has a strong foothold in the market and provides an excellent quality of work.
