Job Details
This long-established and friendly Somerset firm are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor or Fee-Earner to join their busy Family Department in Wells, Somerset.
You must be able to work without direct supervision and demonstrate current practical knowledge of the law relating to all aspects of family law including:
- divorce and separation
- financial matters on divorce
- co-habitation
- Children Act proceedings
- nuptial agreements
- domestic violence
The position requires a passion for business development.
This is a full-time position with hybrid working offered after completion of the initial probation period.
You will be offered a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, plus a discretionary bonus paid out twice per year.
