The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join the firm's dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• The Legal 500 ranked Corporate team boast a formidable reputation for their specialist expertise in high-profile deals, advising a broad range of investors, large corporates and SMEs
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity work & corporate governance
• With a focus on private equity matters, you will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the Head of PE and Head of Office as you further develop into a well-established corporate expert

• An experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4 to 7 years PQE
