Regulatory Senior Associate Birmingham

Our client is a leading firm with an enviable national reputation for its work across the health, social care, housing, education, charity and public sectors.

The firm is keen to appoint an experienced regulatory lawyer to its growing regulatory function led by a successful and likeable partner. There is a particular focus on advising on a range of often high profile cases including inquests, investigations, serious H&S prosecutions, mental capacity / safety issues, professionals facing prosecution and also dealing with prosecutions brought by the EA, CQC, fire services and local authorities. Court of Protection and/or mental health experience would also be helpful.

You will be an experienced lawyer with at least 6 years PQE in regulatory work and with strong technical ability (experience of dealing with the CQC a particular advantage) as well as the skill and experience to manage clients "in crisis." You will be client focused with a calm and commercial approach.
