A Legal 500 boutique employment firm are seeking an Employment Senior Associate or Partner to join them.

You will be working alongside experienced employment lawyers who spent much of their career with large City practices. The firm have an excellent reputation both in Surrey and London with both employer and employee clients.

The firm are looking for employment lawyers with excellent technical knowledge. A following would be useful but is not essential providing you can demonstrate a proven financial track record of winning new work and developing client relationships.

This role is well suited to someone looking for a firm where they can play a key role in it’s development and growth. Due to succession planning, the firm are looking for a Partner to join or for senior candidates with potential looking for Partnership.  

Full-time or part-time candidates will be considered as well as those that are looking for hybrid working.
