Locum Right to Buy/Property Legal Assistant– Up to £15 per hour Umbrella – Northamptonshire
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are recruiting for a Locum Right to Buy/ Property Legal Assistant to join a Public Sectororganisation based in Northampton.
This position is offered on a full time basis and requires office presence 3 days per week. It is offered on a 3 month full-time basis and there is a strong likelihood of extension. This role ideally requires someone with Right to Buy or Property Law experience however this is not essential.
Daily duties will include:
- Dealing primarily with Right to Buy transactions
- Assisting with Certificate of Compliance requests (regarding restrictions on titles and deed of covenants) and dealing with Title Queries
- Giving administrative support to the team - to include scanning, photocopying, dating documents, drafting letters, etc
This position can offer up to £15/hour umbrella to dependant on the individual experience of the candidate.
