The Employment team employ over 60 fee earners nationwide and are a leading supplier of employment law services to employers in the health and social care sectors, carries out work for around 200 NHS and private healthcare bodies throughout the UK, alongside clients in all other major sectors. The division provides legal advice and training on the full range of employment law issues, supporting clients from board level to generalist HR practitioners, and has a reputation for handling the most sensitive and high-profile employment law cases. The Role The role will involve working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, whistleblowing, high profile cases, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios. The candidate should have experience of employment litigation, good client handling skills and be able to work well with other team members. Salary depending upon experience to £63,000 + bonus + healthcare + pension + flexible and agile working
