Based in Central Bristol, our client is seeking a talented commercial real estate solicitor (3 plus years PQE) to handle a broad range of work including site acquisition and disposal, investment, development, landlord and tenant, estate management and property finance both in the commercial and residential sectors. The variety of work reflects our broad and diverse client base, where you will have the opportunity to deal with clients directly, and to develop your skills and expertise with support from a small but highly experienced team. You will need to be self-reliant, responsive, flexible and commercially-minded with a good grasp of the relevant law, but will enjoy working in a supportive collegiate atmosphere where talent is recognised and rewarded.
