A successful and expanding national legal UK practice are keen to appoint a skilled Employment Solicitor to join their growing and fast paced team in London.

The opportunity
The firm are keen to appoint a skilled Solicitor to lead and drive a highly successful Employment Rights Unit. You will have a passion for Employment Rights as you will be allocated a personal case holding for cases that require high levels of care and are complex in nature.
You will also take responsibility mentor & supervise effectively and provide learning and development to develop a high performing culture.
The role
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing Employment Rights matters and be an admitted Solicitor or FILEX with significant post qualification experience, or have equivalent legal experience.
You will possess strong leadership skills, have a strategic focus, be target driven, client focused and have proven experience of developing union client relationships.
A day in the life of a Solicitor is never the same, however a typical day may assisting your team, assessing financial performance, monitoring case intake, liaising with union clients, supporting the branch manager and overseeing the management of case handling, ensuring delivery to high standards and best practice.
