Knowledge Lawyer - Corporate (Part-time)

The Role:

This National Top 50 ranked firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Knowledge Management Lawyer with 5+ years of PQE.

This position is available on a part-time basis with a minimum of 21 hours per week. Full-time applicants are also encurage to apply.

The team acts for a wide array of clients from large multinational corporations and household names to private businesses, start-ups and family offices. Ranked highly in the Legal 500 across numerous practice areas, the department gain exposure to a very high-quality of work.

The team is highly skilled, advising on cross-border, multi-jurisdiction matters, advising both UK and international clients.

The main purpose of this position is to maintain the support services provision to the Corporate Team and monitor market and technical developments, assisting both fee earners and clients in regards to such changes.

You will also provide training and knowledge services that will facilitate growth of the team nationally and ensuring the highest level of service is maintained for clients.

The role will play an important part in raising the profile of the team through the co-ordination, preparation and delivery of articles, updates, corporate deal analysis and training for clients.

Other work will involve undertaking legal research and assisting in business development initiatives to further grow the team.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with ideally 5+ years PQE
• Ideally you will have previous experience as a PSL or Knowledge Lawyer
• Experience of corporate matters
