The length of assignments various from a month to a minimum of three months with the chance for shorter term roles also available. 

Firms will require solicitors who are comfortable handling a caseload consisting of  Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity and Equity Release.
