New opportunity for ambitious property litigation associate to join this well liked national firm in Birmingham.

Joining this friendly, partner led team you'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers.

Whilst a minimum of 2 years' experience in property litigation would be of particular interest, the firm would also be very keen to speak to NQ level solicitors (2021 or 2022 qualifiers) with at least one property litigation seat as well as more experienced lawyers at senior associate level or equivalent. In addition you will have relevant background in property litigation gained with another recognised regional or national firm.
