The Role This is a full time role in the Property team overseen bee the managing partner and employing other experienced property solicitors. This role is based in the residential team and requires the Residential Property Solicitor to manage a mixed case load of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages of house, flats and country estates with minimal supervision. The Candidate A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing, must be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed residential property case load, with minimum supervision. The successful candidate will need to generate new referrals and help evolve a marketing strategy. Salary dependent upon experience.
