ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE - COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS
This award-winning International law firm requires an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Commercial, TMT and IP team to support specifically with on-going commercial contracts. These roles can be based out of either Liverpool or Manchester.
Role Overview
My client is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate with commensurate experience to focus on undertaking legal due diligence for the Corporate Teams across the UK. The role includes undertaking contract reviews and report writing, commercial contract drafting, negotiation and advisory work.
Candidate Profile
The firm is is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate in Commercial Contracts who can demonstrate the following skill set:
- Undertaking legal due diligence, including undertaking review work involving the following specific areas of expertise:
- Commercial supply chain contracts
- IT contracts
- Intellectual property
- Information governance
- Report writing
- Legal research.
- Managing and building a legal due diligence data room.
- Generally assisting the Corporate Teams on transactional activity.
- Liaising with other departments involved in corporate transaction activity as necessary.
