Based in Cardiff our client is looking for a Solicitor with the potential of becoming a partner for the right candidate in their property team.

They have a team of nearly 50 lawyers based in five departments – Residential Conveyancing/Company & Commercial Property/Wills & Probate/Family/Dispute Resolution & Employment.

Generally, they look to recruit candidates who are keen to develop their knowledge and skills, provide excellent client care and have a good work-life balance.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 - dependant on experience.

Qualifications: Solicitor

Experience: Minimum 5 years doing commercial property work

Main Role:

· Handle a caseload of commercial property work including sales and purchases of all types of commercial property, new leases and renewals, options, overage, secured lending and property development work.

· Assist with business development of the department through establishing /maintaining contacts with introducers and other networking opportunities.
