The Role

2+ PQE IP Solicitor to join Band 1, T1 team within Bristol Top 50 firm

Led by an acute understanding of core sectors, the firm continues to expand its international client roster, leading to a time of continued growth and the need for new talent.

Across Tech, Retail, Consumer Goods, Media, Energy and Manufacturing, the team are often sole counsel in the UK and Europe to some of the world's most famous brands.

Non-contentious, you'll advise on IP transactions (licencing, franchising, assignments…) along with structuring ownership, collabs, JV's and giving general insights and guidance.

Key players in the team sit in numerous industry groups, with mentoring being given by the industry's best. At your level, you'll form close relationships with clients whilst aiding the development of those more junior and highlighting the firm's offering to the broader market.

The Requirements

• 2+ PQE within IP law, no ceiling on PQE for applicants
• Working in unison with the team whilst presenting a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to develop and progress up the career ladder.
• Engagement with present and future clients with the ability to manage, exceed and anticipate evolving needs and expectations.
