The Role

This Top 50 national and international UK law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor with experience in Equity Capital Markets.

You will be joining this Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked team at the Senior Associate level where you will find yourself advising both UK and international clients on high-quality corporate work.

The team advises companies and financial institutions on corporate finance transactions such as IPO, AIM listings and private/pre-IPO placements. Alongside this, they operate on secondary issues such as debt and equity, takeovers and other related matters such as M&A and reductions of capital.

The firm is also known for advising on compliance, regulatory and corporate governance issues.

You will provide a pivotal role in this growing team, primarily acting on corporate finance transactions and corporate finance strategic matters. You will also advise on M&A transactions, private company investments, corporate structures and general corporate law matters.

Other work you will cover will include project managing transactions and participation in marketing initiatives/business development.

From the onset, you will be continually encouraged to work on complex matters fitting for your continued growth - with strong prospects for progression beyond senior associate.

The Requirements

• Solicitor (UK qualified) with ideally 5+ years PQE
• Previous experience in corporate finance matters
• Knowledge of equity capital markets
