Property Litigation Solicitor

Chadwick Nott have just received instruction from an award-winning law firm in Bristol, with a strong national presence. This highly-reputable firm are looking for an experienced Solicitor, with a litigation background, to join their busy and growing property litigation team in their modern, central Bristol offices.

You can expect to enjoy a varied diet of high quality work advising clients on all aspects of property litigation to include, but not limited to trespass, breach of covenant, nuisance, property damage and subsidence claims.

The successful applicant will be expected to manage their own caseload of both fast and multi-track cases.
Property litigation experience is desirable, but not essential. Candidates with experience and strong knowledge of civil or commercial litigation procedures will also be considered.
