Are you an NQ solicitor looking for your first role in Commercial Property? Or are you perhaps already a junior solicitor looking to take the next step? If so, this role could be for you.
An award-winning full-service law firm, based in the East Midlands, has an exciting opportunity for a junior solicitor to join the commercial property team in its Nottingham office. The expanding Legal 500 ranked department is looking for someone to come in and support the team with the increasing workload along with the opportunity to be involved in business development and networking.
It is a fantastic chance to manage a broad ranging caseload, including acquisition and disposal of commercial premises and commercial leases and secured lending matters. The team also has a really diverse client base, including owners, occupiers, SMEs, PLCs, commercial lenders, pension schemes and developers, meaning you will be exposed to varied and high-quality work.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in commercial property and be familiar with all basic and necessary aspects of commercial property transactions. Our client will take a genuine interest in your career and will provide ongoing support, making it a perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their knowledge and experience working with some top clients within a forward-thinking law firm.
Our client is happy to consider applicants who are NQ and upwards. This is given purely as a guideline and candidates who fall outside of this bracket yet can demonstrate the technical ability and enthusiasm for the role are also encouraged to apply.
