TSR Legal have partnered up with a leading law firm who are currently recruiting for an NQ + PQE Solicitor or FCILEx to join a well-established private Family Department in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with the Head of Department with an emphasis on private divorce and finance clients and much of the work involves private law children and injunction work.

You will have experience handling a range of Family matters including Divorce, Financial and HNW Pre & Post-nuptial agreements.

Managing your own caseload, you will have excellent paralegal and administrative support from the wider team.

The ability to deal with Private Family matters efficiently is essential.

The successful candidate will become a vital part of a friendly and hardworking team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• A strong academic background with proven private family law experience Understanding of financial remedies Experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children Excellent communication skills
