Chadwick Nott have received instruction for an experienced Solicitor to join a leading 'Top 100' law firm in their commercial property team which is consistently highly ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500 directories.
With centrally located and impressive offices close to Cardiff central station, an experienced commercial property solicitor would be hard placed to find a better opportunity in South Wales.

Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven solicitor to join their social housing team which sits within their thriving commercial property team. You can expect to act on behalf of leading housing association clients managing your own complex and varied caseload of files. You will also be required to support junior members of the team and, have the opportunity to take an active role in business development.

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient with previous sound experience of handling commercial property and development transactions. Previous experience of working in social housing is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided

You should be an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues. Excellent IT and time management skills with a strong attention to detail are essential.
