Real Estate Paralegal - Exeter

Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading international law firm.

Our client is a leading international law firm with offices spread across the UK, Middle East and Far East. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their top-tier Real Estate team in Exeter.

The hiring team work on a range of disciplines including investment, finance, development, construction, asset management, planning, environmental and dispute resolution. The role will involve negotiating deeds of grant of rights, easements, wayleaves, substation leases and transfers. It will also involve working on routine property and conveyancing transactions and small disposals/ acquisitions. You will be assisting with completions, Land Registry applications and requisitions, SDLT returns, etc.

To be considered, you must have some paralegal experience (ideally within property) along with an excellent academic record.
