Due to continued growth, a well-established law firm in Maidstone, Kent are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor from NQ upwards.
This is a rare opportunity for the right person to join a successful, dynamic corporate team working on some of the biggest and most complex transactions in the region.
You must be a qualified Corporate Solicitor from NQ upwards, with experience working as part of a team on corporate deals, and to have general experience in advising on company law matters. Some experience of banking law would be a bonus but not essential.
