Job Details
Brighton solicitors practice seeks Conveyancing Paralegal to join busy property department.
You will be dealing primarily with post completions work with an emphasis on leasehold & freehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers and lease extensions work (specifically for seafront apartments).
Some experience managing sales files, raising/chasing enquires including experience with "Licence to Assign" work would be an advantage. Great opportunity to develop your legal career with the benefit of some home working (dependant on experience) and generous salary.
