Litigation NQ Solicitor / Paralegal / ILEX

Sussex practice seeks NQ Solicitor, ILEX or Paralegal with experience in Civil Litigation, specifically L&T work.

You will be joining a busy department specialising in residential Landlord and Tenant litigation work acting for private landlords, large managing agents and insurance companies. Work includes dealing with accelerated possession matters, service charge recovery, defended proceedings together with providing advice to clients on relevant landlord and tenant legislation. Some experience with dilapidation claims and carrying out enforcement work would be an advantage (although some training can be provided).

You will be joining a team of 10 staff which includes qualified Solicitors, Barristers, Legal Executives and non-qualified lawyers.

This role is full-time Monday to Friday.
