This firm is very different from a traditional, partner led firm. There are over 22 locations across England with plans to expand further, having recently achieved a turnover of 125 million. There is a corporate management structure, no formal billing targets, chargeable hours or periodical appraisals. The focus is on a collaborative team model. This encourages employees to work closely, share knowledge and ultimately provide a fantastic service to clients.

The team provides commercial advice on corporate matters. As part of this role, you would be responsible for advising on disposals, investments, mergers and acquisitions. Due to the geographical coverage of the firm, they work with high calibre clients on complex matters.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 6 years PQE, the ability to run their own case load under minimal supervision and someone who is a real team player.

This role is ideal for an experienced Corporate Senior Associate to step away from a traditional law firm model and utilise their specialist knowledge, working with high calibre clients.
